New Product - Highly Efficient Water Cooled PlasmaBlock®
A variable sized water-cooled unit available with one, two, or three water cooled blocks with Ozone output of 200g, 400g, or 600g at 5% wt, or 150g, 300g, or 450g at 10% wt. Available in Gen1E or Gen2. For other concentrations, see performance graphs.
New Product - Temperature Sensor Board
The Temperature Sensor Board is a small circuit used to select and output the highest temperature reading among a set of temperature sensors. Intended for thermally similar situations. Up to four (4) temperature sensors per temperature board.

Support and Maintenance Philosophy
PTI provides complete technical support for all products. A real person answers the phones from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. central standard time daily, Monday thru Friday. Expanded contact availability can be arranged with advance notice. On-site start-up assistance and training can also be arranged with advance notice. Spare parts and repairs are readily available. Documentation on all products is available thru this web site
On Site Training at PTI
PTI will conduct individual or small group on site training by request. A "factory trained" 1 day session has been developed to give customer support staff a hands-on training session with PTI products.
