PTI provides complete technical support for all products.  A real person answers the phones from 8:00 a.m. - 5 p.m. central standard time daily, Monday thru Friday.  Expanded contact availability can be arranged with advance notice.  On-site start-up assistance and training can also be arranged with advance notice.  Spare parts and repairs are readily available.  Documentation on all products is available thru this web site.
