    Across the board product upgrade, all future PlasmaBlock® orders will migrate to Gen1 Enhanced internals.     DAT210 70250 Inverter Assembly

    The DAT210 inverter assembly simplifies assembly and solves several circuit problems that shorten component life. Soft start feature  prevents startup current surges from weakening circuit breakers. DAT210 (Digital Auto Tuning) compensates for generator pressure and flow changes automatically. Tested assembly reduces installation mistakes. Reduces inverter mains current by about 50%.

    A necessary item when fuses are sized close to the running current  at the installation site. Code 70258. Due to the wide variety of fuse types it is not feasible to offer a more specific recommendation.  Soft start feature to prevent startup current surges from weakening circuit breakers.

    Gen2 PlasmaBlock® Products

    A line of higher concentration ozone generators by plasma technics inc. After extensive R & D a line of more efficient and higher concentration ozone generators.

    Introducing the Gen2 PlasmaBlocks. A new line of PlasmaBlock® products with a significant improvement in watt hours/lb of ozone (e.g. more ozone for the same power consumption). This results in either a higher volume or concentration. Ozone concentration on air-cooled units will be 10-12wt%, even higher for water-cooled units with power consumption remaining about the same.

    Only the internals of the block are changed in the Gen2 line. The product footprint, size, appearance, dimensions, power consumption and control remain identical to the current PlasmaBlock® line. Gen2 products can be substituted into existing equipment.

    Watch for additional performance details on each product in the near future.

    All current PlasmaBlock® products will have a Gen2 equivalent. All Gen1 products are and will remain available for customers who do not require or want the performance of Gen2.

    Software that allows the technician or engineer to connect a personal computer to any PlasmaBlock® processor for diagnostics and/or datalog purposes.

    PlasmaVIEW® software provides charts for all measurement parameters with the time base limited only by the disk space available. PlasmaVIEW®  writes data to your pc disk-drive, enabling delayed viewing, retrieval, analysis and email. Configuration files can be extracted to use in setups for additional installations of the same application on other units.

    DAT210 Digital Auto Tune Inverter 250w - 4kw / 50hz - 30khz

    The DAT210 is a new Microcontroller design that automatically determines the optimum system operating frequency (resonance).  Years in the making, this technology will, for the first time, make high-efficiency self optimizing systems available to everyone.  This single-phase inverter provides a linear means to adjust corona by using Pulse Density Modulation (PDM), with frequencies up to 30khz.  This control scheme allows the inverter to use the full potential of the IGBTs by reducing the usual high-frequency switching losses.  Automatic buss-voltage compensation stabilizes the output as power line conditions change.  PTI has specifically designed transformers to mate with the DAT210, thereby providing a complete high- voltage solution. Microcontroller design provides unprecedented control integration.

    SSD110 Solid State Drive 1.8kva - 3.6kva high frequency

    A Micro-controller design that automatically determines the optimum system operating frequency (resonance). This product makes high-efficiency self optimizing systems available to everyone. The SSD110 is a new, second-generation, Pulse Density Modulation (PDM) enhanced, single-phase inverter providing linear plasma control with a turn-down to 10%.  Higher power capacity, enhanced controls, improved internal fault protection and identical mounting are the product’s cornerstones.  With twice the usable power level of its predecessor, an extended frequency range and onboard controls to simplify installation, the new SSD110 is a great value.  An automatic buss voltage compensation circuit stabilizes the high voltage output.   PTI also has specifically designed transformers to mate with the SSD product series to provide a complete high voltage solution.

    PTI now offers Plasma Block component parts enabling companies to build their own or replace parts of their existing ozone generating equipment as needed.

    Prior to this, all PTI ozone generating products included a complete package consisting of an Inverter, Transformer, Ozone cell and cooling (water and/or air). Now companies can build their own or replace parts as needed.

    These component parts are the same ones used in existing PTI products.

    PDM, Voltage and Frequency potentiometers have their own jumper selection for onboard control if desired.

    PlasmaBlock® Dual Cooled (Air and Water)

    Same mid size block as the 60g air cooled with a water cooling plate added for additional heat dissipation and related ozone output.  Same chassis as the 60g air cooled unit. No outside cooling air is needed since the water and fan removes heat from the enclosure and it's block. One or two fan models.

    The added cooling of water plus enclosure heat removal provides a unique feature over the standard 30g
    air-cooled unit. More ozone output (60g vs 30g on a standard 30g chassis). No outside cooling air is
    needed since the water and fan removes heat from the enclosure and it's block. In a normal rugged
    environment it can be placed in a sealed enclosure with no outside air or filters needed, which
    also means less maintenance. Cooling is not sufficient to accomodate a concentrator in the sealed
    enclosure.

About Us

Plasma Technics, Inc.® started manufacturing high-quality, high-voltage transformer products in 1991. We are now an OEM supplier of ozone generation, transformer and inverter products, with additional components, supplies and software products to compliment the 80 plus products we market and supply.  Many of our products are patented, all are designed for long life under high electrical-loading conditions in harsh thermal environments.

Ozone Generation

The PlasmaBlock® is a precision-machined aluminum block that converts oxygen flowing through it into ozone when high voltage is applied. This proven method is both highly efficient and effective at making ozone since the aluminum block is rugged unlike other methods that utilize materials that are more fragile and malfunction when placed in a harsh environment (moisture, heat, dust).

Engineering Philosophy

PTI designs and engineers all products.  Many have patented design features which assure long service life in severe operating environments, with higher generation efficiency.  All products are commercial quality.  The tireless engineering that goes into PTI products is available to all customers, to enable them to better meet their business needs.  Specific and extended engineering services are available for a fee.

PTI provides complete technical support for all products. A real person answers the phones from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST daily, Monday thru Friday. Expanded contact availability can be arranged with advance notice. On-site start-up assistance and training can also be arranged with advance notice.
